Professional and Legal Career
Attorney Natalie Khawam founded Whistleblower Law Firm in Tampa, Florida with the mission to protect and fight for the rights of those who have suffered from injustices in the workplace, or as a result of reporting fraud and corruption. She spent 15 years working in both the Federal government and private sector before she decided to strike out on her own to create a firm that focused on helping those who need help the most. Her arguments have been instrumental in creating new case law. She has also been successful in representing her clients in numerous legal battles and has been able to obtain substantial settlements for her clients. Her clients are her passion, so she works tirelessly to make them whole.
Veterans and their families are very important to both Ms. Khawam and her firm. She understands the unique challenges Veterans face when trying to navigate the Veterans Claims Process, and she believes it is her responsibility to fight for the rights of these brave men and women. She understands the sacrifices that they have made for our country and in return wants to provide them with best legal assistance possible.
Natalie Khawam practices Federal law with a main focus on whistleblower laws. She practices the following: Qui Tam, Medicare/Medicaid Fraud & Abuse, Whistleblower Protection Act (WPEA), and matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), Office of Special Counsel (OSC), Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Office of Inspector General (OIG).

Natalie Khawam is admitted to practice in numerous Federal Courts throughout the nation. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, is an active member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Military and Veterans Committee of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Additionally, she teaches other attorneys about the False Claims Act and Whistleblower Protection Act for CLE credits in the state of Florida.
